LandScope offers a range of site investigation services to the industrial, engineering and environmental sectors. Employing a geospatial approach we are able to integrate various core site investigation techniques including :
- Desk studies – encompassing historic maps and records, SMRs, previous surveys, aerial and satellite imagery, statutory service plan compilation.
- Creation of a 3D site model from topographic and sub–surface investigation and import of geo–referenced third party data sets e.g. Ordnance Survey MasterMap™ , historic mapping.
- Mapping and incorporation of all existing infrastructure and utilities both above and below ground level.
- Systematic visual (CCTV) investigation and flow survey of sewer and drainage network to establish condition for possible re-use, or in the mapping of pathways and active pollution sources
- Geophysical investigation to determine historic pollution, map buried foundations and structures, assist with archaeological investigation and model site interaction with groundwater.
- Incorporation of existing and ongoing records of local environmental and climatic conditions, e.g. flood levels, and augmentation of all other associated data-sets from industry specific specialists, IPPC consultants and regulatory bodies.
- Measure, model and present change against baseline data.
