Topographic survey is considered the first step of a rigorous site investigation, providing a reference framework on which all subsequent investigation can be based.
LandScope has developed its site investigation acquisition techniques to incorporate the highest available order of positioning accuracy, utilising RTK GPS and robotic total stations, so that all data sets tie together accurately. Results of the various geophysical and other site investigation techniques can be easily visualised when overlaid over the topographic base plan. Real time positioning during site investigation allows LandScope to reduce both field acquisition and office post-processing times resulting in increased expediency of delivery and cost effectiveness.
