Statutory Service Plan Compilation
The compilation of statutory service plans for a specific site can be very time consuming and often it is rather difficult to define exactly who owns and operates what and where. Some data is available from internet sites however the vast majority must be applied for in writing and often require pre-established accounts. There are currently in excess of seventy different underground asset undertakers in the UK and there isn't a single platform or format for data deliverable.
Based on our own experience LandScope offers a full compilation service with the reassurance that a thorough and diligent site search has been conducted. The basic service will provide original data as received from the providers. This may be complemented with a complete report or a composite drawing of the various data on an OS MasterMap base.
