We are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join our busy office based in Picklescott (SY6 6NT).

The position is full time, 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will enjoy a varied and challenging role, providing administrative and logistical support to our management team and growing team of surveyors based in both our Shropshire and Essex offices.

Duties will include:

  • Answering telephone calls and logging enquiries
  • Maintaining databases
  • Creating commercial proposals
  • Compiling expenses claims
  • Booking accommodation
  • Preparing purchase orders
  • Arranging vehicle servicing and repairs
  • Assistance with ISO 9001 implementation

Essential skills:

  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong computer literacy and competent in all MS Office products including Access
  • Due to our rural location, it is essential that any candidate is able to drive and has their own transport
