The position is full time (Permanent), 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will enjoy a varied and challenging role, providing financial, administrative and logistical support to our management team and growing team of surveyors based in our Shropshire, Essex and Oxfordshire offices.

Duties will include:

  • Accounts Administration using Sage Software
  • Assisting Senior Management Team with admin tasks
  • Monthly financial reporting
  • Chasing customer payments
  • Processing expense claims
  • Maintaining databases
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Insurance administration
  • Preparing purchase orders
  • HR admin support
  • Maintaining office facilities
  • Cover for Commercial & Operational Team during busy periods

Essential skills:

  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong computer literacy and competent in all MS Office products
  • Experience of using Sage Accounting system
  • Due to our rural location, it is essential that any candidate is able to drive and has their own transport
