3D Scanning and Aerial Survey
LandScope was recently contracted to survey an area in and around two waste water treatment works in South Wales.
This involved:
- A 3D laser scan survey of the two sites;
- An aerial survey of a proposed pipeline route between the sites, and;
- The 3D laser scanning of a suggested outfall route.
The project, which was completed ahead of schedule, resulted in high resolution 3D scans of critical areas. Deliverables included topographical AutoCAD files, ground contour models and orthorectified imagery.
