Drainage Discharge Modelling
LandScope Engineering have recently completed a detailed drainage discharge model for AWP on the Isle of Wight.
Utilising traditional drainage tracing techniques, results were integrated to an intelligent 3D digital terrain model of the proposed development site to understand precisely the drainage catchment versus network.
Differentiation of building, hard standing and soft landscaping areas combined with intelligence from the 3D model allows accurate modelling of drainage catchment and magnitude ensuring compliance with drainage licenses.
