Vibration Monitoring
LandScope Engineering has established a vibration monitoring service to monitor and model the vibrational influences on structures and assets caused by construction related, man-made or naturally occurring influences.
The RDLvibe and Vibrock V901 sensors utilised for vibration monitoring campaigns each comprise of a logging unit and a number of geophones enabling LandScope to measure a number of vibrational parameters including PPV over a wide frequency range. The geophones may be mounted in a number of ways – expanding the capabilities of standard ground monitoring to include subjects such as building columns.
Data analysis, reporting and archiving is achieved using Trimble 4D Control (T4D) and, in accordance with scope requirements, LandScope are able to establish trigger levels which, should they be exceeded, issue a real-time alert via SMS or email to all stakeholders.
Environmental Monitoring
In partnership with Southdowns Environmental Consultants, LandScope is able to integrate environmental sensors to its monitoring network design. Geotechnical and geospatial monitoring capability is thereby augmented with professional air quality, acoustic and noise data sets.
In accordance with scope requirements, trigger levels can be established and alerts issued via SMS or email in the event said triggers are exceeded. Environmental data analysis, reporting and archiving is achieved using Trimble 4D Control.
