Geospatial Apprenticeship with Dudley College
Having developed as a survey assistant over the last twelve months, Oscar has recently started on a Geospatial Survey Technician course at Dudley College of Technology.
The syllabus covers:
- Surveying Technology in Construction and Civil Engineering
- Geographical Information Systems
- Introduction to Revit, BIM software and 3D visualisation
and is delivered in 3-week chunks over the course of one or two years. Between the study modules, Oscar will continue to work both in the field and the LandScope office to develop and consolidate his learning.
