LandScope are pleased to announce that, 3D Survey Services Manager, Tom Card, has been confirmed as a speaker at this year’s Marine & Costal Civil Engineering conference and exhibition.

Running alongside the Flood Expo in October, Marine & Coastal Civil Engineering is the UK’s leading event in presenting global solutions and innovative concepts to professionals working in hard engineering, coastal and river management, subsea engineering and flood risk authorities.

The world’s leading coastal engineering companies, alongside an extensive seminar and workshop schedule, will highlight new and effective ways to design and produce sustainable solutions to everything from climate change to maintaining coastal defences.

Tom Card, will be delivering a case study led seminar on Thursday 13th October at 2.45pm in Theatre 7 presenting how LandScope were able to integrate UAV, mobile mapping, laser scanning and traditional topographic survey techniques to create a detailed and accurate coastal model to serve throughout the lifecycle of a flood alleviation scheme.
